Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible before work begins or within 48 hours of purchase. Completed work, deposits, subscriptions, hosting, domains, advertising, and automation services are non-refundable. Monthly services auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Disclaimer

Webnastix does not guarantee specific results, including revenue increases, SEO ranking improvements, or technical performance. All strategies and recommendations are general guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

SLA

Support response times depend on your plan:
• LaunchPad: 24–48 hours
• Growth Accelerator: 12–24 hours
• Web Hero: 4–12 hours
Hosting uptime is approx. 99.9%. Critical issues for Web Hero receive same-day attention.

Maintenance Agreement

Maintenance includes updates, backups, malware scans, and performance improvements. It does not include redesigns, major development, or new functionality. Backups depend on your plan level.

Billing & Payment Policy

50% deposit is required to start. Monthly services renew automatically. Late payments may pause services. All deposits and completed work are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Webnastix services for illegal activity, malware, spam, harmful content, or unauthorized resale. Violations may cause immediate termination.
